Licensing, Survey and Certification
All providers participating in federal payment programs are certified and surveyed, but only the nuclear power industry deals with a heavier book of rules than certified nursing homes. Charitable missions and or intentions are no defense in that area. Counseling and defending nursing facilities in the licensing, survey and certification system is a core legal service of this practice.
