Third Party Payment
The vast majority of health care in the USA is paid for by third parties. Our lawyers have represented and advised clients in private Medicare and Medicaid claim appeals, post-payment audits and cost report audits and appeals. We have protected clients' interests in contests between primary and secondary payers, and in patient/payer disputes, and pursued assigned claims through the public and private payment systems.
